Free Entry: Participation is completely free.
Minors (Under 18): If you are registering on behalf of a minor (under 18), you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian. You accept all risks and rules on their behalf, certifying they are medically fit to run. We reserve the right to verify this relationship if necessary.
Truthful Information: You agree to provide accurate details (Name, Age, Blood Group) to assist in our blood donation awareness database.
Follow Instructions: You must strictly obey all instructions given by race directors, volunteers, medical staff, and security personnel.
Mandatory Stop: If a medical officer or race official instructs you to stop running for your safety, you must do so immediately.
Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. Any harassment, misconduct, or dangerous behavior towards volunteers or other runners will result in immediate disqualification and removal.
Traffic & Cut-Off: Runners should complete the race within the designated time. Beyond the cut-off time, road traffic regulations apply, and you run at your own risk.
Bib Collection: Participants must collect their bibs in person. If you cannot attend, you may send a representative, but they must present a written consent letter signed by you to collect it on your behalf.
T-Shirt Policy (Strict):
There are only 1,000 Free T-shirts available.
Distribution is strictly First-Come, First-Served on the event day.
Registration does not guarantee a T-shirt. Arrive early!
Fit to Run: You agree that you are medically fit and adequately trained for this marathon.
Release of Liability: You participate at your own risk. You release Madurai Medical College, the Uthiram team, and all sponsors from liability for any injury, accident, loss of property, or death occurring during the event.
Photography: By participating, you allow the organizers to use your photos and videos from the event for promotional and awareness purposes without compensation.
